Delivery Charges
Delivery is free of charge on all orders with a value of £50.00 or over.
Delivery for orders under £50.00 in value is £4.95.
Where Can we Deliver to?
We can deliver only within the UK, we regret that we are unable to deliver to any address outside the UK or BFPO post codes
Delivery Period
We normally have the entire range that we sell available from stock. The despatch and shipping process usually takes between 3 to 5 working days. Where items are out of stock or the delivery delayed for other reasons we will, wherever possible, inform you of the delay so we can follow your instructions.
Guarantees
All out products are UK sourced and are fully covered by the manufacturers 6 month warranty. In the event of a problem with a product please call customer services or email details of the problem so that we can help resolve the issue.

After Sales Service

We will dispatch spare parts or if appropriate ask you to send your pushchair back for service.
We shall not be liable for any damage due to insufficient packaging. There is a charge for collection. Alternatively, we can send a pre-paid postage label, which enables you to take the machine to a local post office at your own convenience.
Again, the machine should be packed properly. Charges will apply for all out of warranty jobs. Products under warranty will be repaired free of charge provided the fault is not due to customer misuse.
