Price Match Policy

Baby Chuckles will match the price of any established UK based competitor offering the same product at a lower price.

Prices matched will include any delivery charges and must be able to be verified though a current, transactional Internet site.

Prices will only be matched for products available for delivery. We will not match prices on items out of stock or available for a future delivery date.

Price matches can be requested before or up to 5 days following the purchase of an item by e-mail request to sales@babychuckles.co.uk or by phoning our customer services on 0845 051 5125 during normal office hours. To match a price we will need details of the item (including colour and size required if applicable), the name of the retailer to which the price-match refers and the internet site concerned.

Price matches will not be given for items offered on eBay or other third party sites as these may be manufacturer returns or used.

Price match will apply only to the price at which the item is sold. We will not match other offers such as free gifts or credit terms.
